After graduating from Oxford University in 2019, Mason founded and launched a marketing agency, which he still runs today. Alongside this work, Mason joined the team at Midland Theatre Ballet in 2021 with the aim of creating more awareness and opportunities for young dancers to step foot into the ballet studios to develop their confidence and most of all have fun! Although Mason doesn’t have any stage or performing experience, he thoroughly enjoys working alongside the artistic team each year and loves being part of the journey from rehearsals through to show week.
