Immersive full-day ballet and contemporary training with lots of fun and games throughout the day, creating an exciting school holiday experience.

About our School Holiday Courses

Our school holiday courses provide students aged 7yrs -21yrs with the opportunity to work with a faculty of experienced teachers. Students will focus on ballet and contemporary technique as well having the opportunity to develop their performance and application of their skills during repertoire classes, where they will learn corps de ballet repertoire and solos from well-known ballets.

Classes take place from 9:30am – 4:30pm, but our doors are open from 8:30am until 5:00pm for students who may require an early drop-off and late pick-up – no additional fees are required. Staff supervision, fun and games will all be provided during the out of class hours!

On our 3-day school holiday courses, students will have the opportunity to showcase what they have been learning in an informal performance for family & friends to finish the course!

  • Intensive and fun training in ballet & contemporary: with friendly, high-energy classes.
  • Develop and progress your technique:  improve posture, strength, balance and musicality, which will enhance all areas of your dance journey.
  • Fun, games and creative classes: as well as developing technique, you will have lots of fun throughout the day!
  • Train with industry professionals: work with teachers and choreographers who are currently or have previously worked with leading dance companies and schools
  • Build friendships and teamwork: meet other passionate dancers and make friends that will last a lifetime

Entry Selection

For our school holiday courses, entry is open to all and there is no audition or entry selection. Place are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

To ensure that students will enjoy their experience with us, it is important that students must be taking part in at least one weekly ballet class at their local dance school to ensure that they are aware of the ballet terminology that will be used throughout the course.

Course Timings

Classes will take place from 9:30am – 4:30pm.

Students can be dropped off from 8:30am and picked up at 5:00pm for those who may require early drop-off and late pick-up – no additional fees are required.

Staff supervision, fun and games will all be provided during the out of class hours!

What To Wear

Students can wear their own choice of ballet leotard, tights or socks and skirt (optional).

Please arrive with ballet uniform underneath your clothes as there will not be changing facilities available throughout the course.

Will there be a performance?

On our 3-day school holiday courses, students will have the opportunity to showcase what they have been learning in an informal performance for family & friends to finish the course!

On our 1-day school holiday courses, there is not enough time to put a showcase together, so there will be no opportunity for parents/guardians to watch.
