Lucy trained at The Royal Ballet School before joining Birmingham Royal Ballet in 2020. She was promoted to First Artist in 2023.

Her diverse repertoire includes roles such as the Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, the Queen of the Dryads in Don Quixote, Calliope in Apollo, the Fairy of Joy in The Sleeping Beauty, and a Swan Maiden in Swan Lake.

Lucy has also contributed to Midland Theatre Ballet, teaching on their holiday courses and Sunday programme, sharing her expertise with young dancers.
