Laura began dancing at eight in Eastleigh, UK, participating in local productions that ignited her passion for performing. At 16, she earned a full scholarship to The Royal Ballet School, frequently performing with The Royal Ballet at Covent Garden and Birmingham Royal Ballet on UK tours. She joined Birmingham Royal Ballet at 18.

Over her 21-year career, Laura performed internationally, appearing in Tokyo, Beijing, New York, and London. As a senior dancer, she mentored younger dancers and choreographed for brands like Pandora Jewellery and Selfridges.

A career highlight was collaborating on an 18-month Channel 4 project combining ballet, fitness, and life coaching to support at-risk youth in the West Midlands, documented in a four-part series.
