Frieda Kaden, born in Berlin, Germany, began her ballet training at the esteemed Staatliche Ballettschule Berlin.     She was awarded the Nadia NeriNerinayal Ballet School. Before joining Birmingham Royal Ballet in 2022, Frieda performed in productions like "The Nutcracker" with the Berlin State Ballet, "The Nutcracker" and "Giselle" with The Royal Ballet, and "Don Quixote" with Birmingham Royal Ballet as a student. Additionally, she has performed in prestigious international galas in Moscow and Mexico.

Throughout her career, Frieda has received numerous accolades. She was awarded the Nadia Nerina Scholarship in 2019, secured first place in the Lynn Seymour Award for Expressive Dance in 2020, and won the Dance Association Award in 2021.
