Antoinette grew up in Taunton, Somerset, and began her dance training at the Trull School of Dancing, a school founded and nurtured by her mother, Michelé. She went on to train for nine years at The Royal Ballet School, both Lower and Upper, in London before moving to Leeds to join Northern Ballet.

Her professional career spanned 14 years, during which she rose to the rank of Premier Dancer and toured extensively across the UK and internationally. Since retiring from the stage, Antoinette has completed a Pilates teacher training course and now teaches ballet to both adults and children. She feels incredibly fortunate to witness the joy dance brings—helping people express themselves, learn a beautiful art form, and most importantly, have fun.
